I thought I wanted to be a fashion photographer during and after graduating Brooks Institute of Photography in 2008, but life has a way of changing even the best laid plans. With college behind me, I took a part time job working for wedding photographer and then later for a bar mitzvah photographer. I spent the next 5 years learning the ins and outs of event photography. And then after working with both photographers at countless weddings and special events, I finally took the leap and went into business for myself.
I love capturing all the elegant details of a wedding as well as that heartwarming moment when the groom sees his bride walk down the aisle or photographing a maternity session, an expectant mom and dad whose lives are forever going change. As your photographer, my goal is to make everyone feel at ease in front of my camera, so you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the day.
When I’m not working I’m playing hide n go seek with my two small children; Scarlett and Everett , gardening with my husband, snowboarding in Tahoe, taking beach trips to Santa Barbara, or trying to master the art of pizza dough all while rocking out to Hall & Oates.
I’m always up for any adventure the day will bring. I would love to be part of your next big adventure.
